Thank you for the opportunity to design your house. After studying your needs, I come up with 2 alternative designs. In the alternative 1 design I did not changed the layout of the plan. I proposed island kitchen table with dining table beside it which makes long table in the center of the kitchen. I also put tv in the kitchen which is framed by niches to put display and things. In the alternative 2 design, I changed the stairs position. In the middle of the house in the ground floor is the dinning room and bathroom. I proposed long kitchen island in the kitchen.
I submitted render views of alternative 1 design. For the furnishing I chose white color combine with natural wood material, natural stone, and a little bit touch of black metal to give a contrast. I also added a little yellowish shade color in the living room (cushion and rug). As your request, I designed false ceiling with LED light to have dramatical ambience which balances the natural color in the room.s.
