At your request, I have only placed the furniture and I have considered some restrictions according to what you said.
Such as the location of the cable TV, the exact dimensions of your furniture, your unwillingness to change the type of doors, such as sliding doors, etc.
The only solution that seems to me with these limitations is this type of arrangement. However, if you want to spend money, you can use wall and movable and folding furniture. Or change the terrace door to a sliding type to take up less space.
