The house is designed in consonance with modern styles and trends, and all the requirements listed by you have been fully addressed.
In consideration of the limitations laid out by you, the following have been ensured.

3) The TV station can not be moved.
4) Consideration of the space of a sofa with a length of 238cm.


The requests made by you have been addressed as follows.
1) Convenient space for watching TV.
2) Hosting friends for dinner.
3) Suitable space for work.
4) Floor lamp.

Considering the above and the optimal use of all room space, this project led to the following results:
1) Due to the more open space, we tried not to use dark colors. It is also recommended that the sofa cover be changed and with a light, neutral and warm color combination, the environment be more intimate and also more generous.
2) A small, independent space is located next to the entrance, which it used to change clothes, as well as a quiet space for work.
3) A cozy and warm atmosphere to dine with friends while enjoying the view outside.
4) Design the wall to install the TV on it in a modern and simple way so as not to cause distraction.
5) Place the sofa in a place where you can enjoy both the view from the outside and the TV, and the space for the plant next to the French door.
