I proposed two design options
Option1: a design without moving the location of the bathroom
Option2: a design by moving the location of the bathroom

I think " Option 2" is better because the living/dining & kitchen in the apartment on the right is more luminous than the apartment on the right in the Option1, and these spaces are very significant in an apartment.

Recommendation:
-It is preferable that the wall between the two units is equipped with acoustic insolation for more comfort

Nota:
Before starting the construction: this apartment needs an architectural survey because there is a lot of differences between the PDF and the Cad file/pictures for example ( a difference of more than 0.6 meters in the dimension between the two columns at the left and that's a lot)
After doing the architectural survey, some details of the design must be adapted to the new plan .
