Il progetto valuta e si propone per operare seguendo tali aspetti:
- Aspetto funzionale, ovvero l’uso degli spazi e l’ottimizzazione delle funzioni;
- Progetto di interni, ovvero la locazione ed ingombro degli arredi, realizzazione di elementi fissi di arredo/divisorio;
- Scelta colori, materiali ed arredi: ritengo che questo aspetto sia orientativo in questa fase, in quanto molto legato ai gusti personali, pertanto si consiglia, eventualmente, di affiancarsi ad un consulente di interni successivamente alla scelta del concept interno. Ma per un indicazione qualitativa, il progetto prevede tali aspetti.
PROGETTO FUNZIONALE e INTERNI
La distribuzione interna ha avuto quale priorità i seguenti aspetti:
- Riduzione della area del corridoio;
- Mantenere muro divisorio fra bagni;
- Avere tutti gli ambienti indipendenti;
- Avere spazi di adeguata superficie e altezza;
- Riuscire a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
Dettagli, variazioni, opportunità
IDEA GENERALE
La pianta è stata studiata in modo da avere il maggior vantaggio dalla superficie, pur non rispondendo pienamente alle richieste del cliente, garantendo comunque praticità e funzionalità. Il mio ruolo (è quello dei colleghi) sulla base di esperienze cantieristiche è anche quello di suggerire nuove idee e nel doveroso dover dire :<< non se la prenda, ma quell’ arco finto in quell’ambiente non aveva alcuna funzione, ne né migliorava l’aspetto estetico. Detto ciò, ho spostato la zona giorno nell’altro ambiente, di poco più piccolo ma molto più grande se si considera che ora la cucina è abitabile e vivibile, inoltre ho preferito dare al soggiorno maggior luce con le 3 finestrature, contrapposte alle 3 aperture (due nicchie + porta vano d’accesso alla cucina). Ho pensato molto alle armadiature, recuperando spazi laddove possibile. La casa in questa maniera ha praticamente tutto: camera matrimoniale con ampia cabina armadio, due bagni comodi, due camere da letto singole (tutto con superfici regolari >13mq la matrimoniale, >9mq le singole, cucina abitabile all’occorrenza con angolo breakfast nonché comoda in caso di pochi ospiti, piccola lavanderia, in testa ai corridoi possono essere realizzati dei soppalchi con utilizzo dalle camere e dai bagni come ulteriore spazio di deposito, e ulteriore piccola cabina armadio / ripostiglio (accessibile da corridoio). In ogni caso è stata proposta un’idea solo in forma di layout che risponde alle richieste di mantenere l’ingresso.
SOGGIORNO/LIVING
Come suddetto, l’area living è stata spostata all’ingresso così da sfruttare le finestrature, risparmiare spazio per l’ingresso. Inoltre è stato previsto di rimuovere l’intonaco solo sulla parete centrale così da impreziosire l’ambiente e sfruttare il “calore” del tufo locale. Tale scelta è stata operata solo per una parete interna che non risente di umidita, condensa, variazioni di temperatura. Il soffitto è stato lasciato a tutta altezza sempre per dare importanza all’ambiente, sul quale, soffitto, sono state inserite delle cornici in stile classico per rimarcare l’importanza del fabbricato, ma l’unico aspetto morfologico che lasciamo, tutto il resto è aperto a qualsiasi tipo di arredo moderno, classico, povero, ecc. Le nicchie è l ‘apertura verso la cucina ricorrono come le finestrature, e per sfruttare la parte bassa delle nicchie si possono inserire delle nicchie. L’area living risulta più grande di prima in quanto l’area pranzo è localizzata nella cucina, ampia e abitabile. Nella controsoffittatura lato finestre possono essere incassate i bastoni delle tende nonché anche illuminazioni così da far illuminare le tende di sera. Inoltre uno dei ripiani in realtà è una consolle trasformabile in tavolo allungabile, così da poter sfruttare il soggiorno per grosse cene o pranzi, nel caso il tavolo da pranzo in cucina diventa un tavolo da lavoro e/o buffet. La porta fra soggiorno è cucina è di tipo scorrevole a parete in modo da nascondere controtelai e coprifilo e se aperta da l’idea che gli ambienti siano continui. Sconsiglio, se non necessarie le porte scorrevoli tipo scrigno per semplice praticità e igiene. Le nicchie possono essere usate come librerie, vetrine, supporto alla tv (decoder, dvd, ecc).
CUCINA
La cucina è abitabile con tavolo da pranzo fino a 6/8 persone. La mobilia della cucina ha un estensione in metri lineari di quasi 5 metri oltre angolo e oltre frigo! Salvo bassissimo spessore del massetto del pavimento, lo scarico della cucina non dovrebbe essere un problema (4cm diametro) in quanto può camminare nella parete divisoria con la camera da letto, poi a parete lungo la parete portante e andare sottotraccia all’altezza del corridoio, per cui solo in quel tratto deve avere sufficiente pendenza.
CORRIDOIO
Ridotto il più possibile. Laddove possibile inserire elementi di decoro, stampe, quadri, appendiabiti di design, perché anche l’ambiente più modesto vuole dare e servire per qualcosa in più. Mio consiglio è ribassare con controsoffittatura o soppalco ad uso deposito questo ambiente. (non meno di h 2.40 per normativa). Consiglio di colorare le porte della lavanderia o armadio a muro dello stesso colore dello stesso colore delle pareti, così da mimetizzarsi.
CAMERA PADRONALE
La camera matrimoniale è provvista di cabina armadio e/o scarpiera, inoltra c’è la possibilità di un como oltre che ulteriore armadio dietro la porta.
BAGNI
Il bagno padronale oltre ad avere un armadio per asciugamano, profumi, shampoo, ecc, ha un’interessante area doccia, molto comoda. relativamente al bagno secondario per evitare di effettuare tracce nella muratura per gli scarichi, ho predisposto una contro parete, necessaria tra l’altro anche per l’alloggio di cassette di scarico ad incasso.
PICCOLA LAVANDERIA
Sono riuscito a trovare uno spazio (VICINO AL BAGNO per gli scarichi) dove poter posizionare la lavatrice, ed eventualmente l’asciugatrice o un lavatoio. Non serve che sia a tutta altezza questo ambiente si può fare un piccolo soppalco in cartongesso per valige, piumoni, ecc.
ARMADIO A MURO / RIPOSTIGLIO (zona corridoio)
Anche qui sono riuscito ad inserire come richiesto un piccolo ripostiglio o piccola cabina armadio/scarpe, anche questo soppalcabile. Se si riesce con gli scarichi vi si potrebbe spostare la lavanderia.
CAMERE DA LETTO
Provviste di letto, armadio, scrittoio con superficie superiore a mq 9, come da normativa.

ARREDI-COLORI-MATERIALI
Gli arredi sono stati scelti fra quelli di uso commerciale di buon design e minimali nel prezzo. Vanno presi di riferimento come base di partenza per sua migliore o diversa scelta. La mia è un opinione abbastanza personale ma che si presta alle scelte interne più disparate..
I materiali utilizzati sono cartongesso per tutte le velettature e mensolature, anche per l’armadio grande all’ingresso, pratico ed economico per plasmare gli spazi, e soprattutto manutenibile;. Il pavimento per economia e praticità di consiglia un gres porcellanato sottile di qualità (3mm) tipo Kerlite della “cotto d’este” con colori e disegni di ogni tipo e dimensione (parquet compreso) oppure se vi sono le metrature ad un recupero parziale con, ad esempio di riquadri centrali o subito all’ingresso.

Eventualmente sono disponibile per esecutivi di interior o di mobilia, layout impianti, render fotorealistici, consulenza, computo di richiesta offerta, presentazione pratiche telematiche per lavori, accatastamenti, su roma anche direzione lavori.

FUNCTIONAL DESIGN and interior

Details, change, opportunity
GENERAL IDEA
The plant is designed to have the greatest advantage from the surface, while not fully responding to customer requests, while still providing practical functionality. My role (is that of colleagues) on the basis of experience shipbuilding is also to suggest new ideas and proper to say: << do not take it, but that 'mock bow in that had no function, nor will improved appearance. Having said that, I moved to the living environment in the other, slightly smaller but much larger when you consider that now the kitchen is habitable and livable, I also preferred to give more light to the living room with three windows, as opposed to 3 openings (two niches + compartment access door to the kitchen). I thought a lot about the wardrobes, recovering spaces where possible. The house in this manner has almost everything: master bedroom with large walk-in closet, two bathrooms comfortable, two single bedrooms (all with smooth surfaces> 13sqm the bed,> 9mq individual, if necessary kitchen with breakfast corner and comfortable in the case of a few guests, small laundry room, head to the corridors can be achieved by use of intermediate floors with bedrooms and bathrooms as additional storage space, and further small walk-in closet / storage room (accessible from the hallway). LIVING / LIVING
As aforesaid, the living area has been moved at the entrance so as to exploit the windows, save space for the input. It was also planned to remove the plaster only on the central wall so as to enrich the environment and make the "heat" of the local tuff. This choice was made only to an inner wall that is not affected by moisture, condensation, temperature variations. The ceiling has been left at full height to give more importance to the environment, on which, the ceiling, were inserted frames in classic style that underscores the importance of the building, but the only morphological we leave, everything else is open to any type of modern furniture, classic, poor, etc. The niche is the 'opening to the kitchen recur as the windows, and to take advantage of the lower part of the niches you can enter the niches. The living area is bigger than before because the dining area is located in the kitchen, and ample space. In the ceiling side windows you can be collected sticks curtains and ceiling lights so as to illuminate the curtains at night. Also one of the shelves is actually a console transformable in extension table, so you can make the stay for large dinners or lunches, if the dining table in the kitchen becomes a work table and / or buffet. The door between the living room is the kitchen is a sliding wall to hide subframes and finishing list and if open to the idea that the environments are continuous. KITCHEN

MASTER BEDROOM

SMALL LAUNDRY
I managed to find a space (NEAR THE BATHROOM for discharges) where to place the washing machine, and possibly the dryer or a wash. No need to be full-length this environment you can make a small loft for plasterboard bags, duvets, etc..
WALL CABINET / CLOSET (corridor area)
Even here I was able to enter as required a small closet or small walk-in closet / shoes, this loft. If you can with discharges there you could move the laundry.
BEDROOMS
Equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk with areas greater than 9 square meters, as per regulations.

FURNITURE-COLOR-MATERIALS
The furnishings have been chosen from those of commercial use of good design and minimal in price. Reference should be taken as a starting point for its better or different choice. My opinion is a pretty personal but that lends itself to many different interior options ..
The materials used are drywall for all velettature and mensolature, even for the large entrance closet, practical and economical to shape spaces, and especially maintainable ;. The floor for economy and practicality suggest a porcelain quality thin (3mm) type of Kerlite "cotto d'este" with colors and designs of all types and sizes (including floors) or if there are the sizes to a partial recovery with , for example of the central panels or immediately at the entrance.

Possibly they are available for executive interior or furniture, layout systems, photorealistic renderings, consultancy, calculation of an RFP, submitting electronic files to work, pilings, on roma also works management.
