Dear Client,

I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of Roof Floor Plan (Roman Attic Splitting) .

Work has been done on your large attic which is approximately 244 sqm internally and 200 sqm externally.
The vast apartment was divided into two residences, and we worked on dividing and redistributing the spaces internally in a practical and modern way. But the two apartments are not identical at all, as each apartment has different features and sizes:

The first apartment contains:
- A large living room connected to the dining table area, in addition to an open kitchen separated from the dining table by a glass partition, with direct access to the terrace through the living room.
The focus was on the fireplace, as it was made to be in the living area.
- 3 bedrooms (a room for two adults with its own bathroom and an office room - a large double room, the two beds can be separated or combined to form one bed as shown in the drawing - a single room);
- A bathroom serves the other rooms
- Storage cabinets in the corridors and in the rooms as well - The washing machine was placed on the large terrace overlooking the bedroom.
- A terrace with an outdoor kitchen corner - an area for washing and drying clothes - in addition to a relaxation and dining area.

The second apartment contains:
Large living room with direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is next to the entrance to the apartment and is represented by a corridor with the living room, in addition to its connection to the largest part of the terrace, which contains a table for outdoor dining.
- Two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a changing room, and the other is a double bedroom with one bed.
- Two bathrooms, one of them in the master room.
- Wardrobes in the entrance and rooms - The laundry is also located on the terrace, with an area designated for drying clothes.

The entrances to the apartments are very separate, as no common spaces were created between the two apartments, and the terraces were separated, and each of them has its own drainage column in its usual place to avoid additional expenses.

best wishes ..
