In this project, it was requested that this penthouse be re-distributed, a 244 square meter apartment into two independent units:
The first apartment includes three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a view and a wine cellar with a temporary sitting area, a laundry and barbecue area on the terrace, several bathrooms and a separate toilet and a fireplace.
The second apartment: including one kitchen, living room with a view, laundry and barbecue space in the terrace area, two bathrooms and toilets, and two rooms with appropriate dimensions.
