First of all I would like to thank you for this challenging and interesting project. I enjoyed working on it.
I tried composing the apartment in a way to get an open space for the reception, living room, and kitchen. Behind these areas you will find the bedroom, walk-in closet and reading room that are more private, but easily accessible.
The kitchen consists of a connection between the refrigerator, oven and sink, leading us to a nice bar that can be used from the inside and outside. There are 4 seats available on it (can also fit 5 if needed).
I placed a small seating area in facing it in case you have people over and you would like them to keep you company as you're cooking.
The living room is composed of 2 big sofas that fit a good amount of people, (and you can also bring the chairs and stools in the reception kitchen area if there are more people). The table is divided into 2 parts that makes it easy to move it around in case of need.
For the bathroom, I removed the wall partition and created a shower area instead. Facing the sink, you will find a storage that could be useful to place towels and products inside.
Getting into the more private area, you will find a long walk-in closet that fits a very good amount of clothes, and I also managed to fit another closet in the bedroom itself. The bedroom is pretty spacious. It is very necessary to have a spacious bedroom that will let you breathe, because after all this is your zone of relaxation. I placed a desk (optional) for make up or work purposes, it could be useful.
I created a library storage unit in the reading room where you can place books and all kinds of medias. The one I picked is very modern and trendy. My selection of furniture (tables and chairs) is functional because you can move them around for whatever activity you wish to do.
The furniture and lighting selection are all from Italian websites so they should be accessible to you. The flooring is made of warm parquet colors, except for the bathroom where I picked a nice porcelain tile that is also warm but with a touch of fun (because I figured guests will visit it too).
I created visual presentations of the selected furniture and lighting that will help you visualize the mood and space more.
To sum up, the mood I've created is warm, modern and elegant.

Prima di tutto vorrei ringraziarvi per questo progetto stimolante e interessante. Mi è piaciuto lavorare su di esso.
Ho provato a comporre l'appartamento in un modo per ottenere uno spazio aperto per l'accoglienza, il soggiorno e la cucina. Dietro queste aree troverai la camera da letto, il guardaroba e la sala lettura più privati, ma facilmente accessibili.
La cucina è composta da una connessione tra il frigorifero, il forno e il lavandino, che ci conduce a un bel bar che può essere utilizzato dall'interno e dall'esterno. Ci sono 4 posti disponibili (può anche contenere 5 se necessario).
Ho sistemato una piccola area salotto di fronte ad essa nel caso in cui ci fossero persone sopra e vorresti che ti tenessero compagnia mentre cucini.
Il soggiorno è composto da 2 grandi divani che si adattano a una buona quantità di persone, (e si può anche portare sedie e sgabelli nella zona della cucina della reception se ci sono più persone). Il tavolo è diviso in 2 parti che rende facile spostarlo in caso di necessità.
Per il bagno, ho rimosso la parete divisoria e ho creato una doccia. Di fronte al lavandino troverai un ripostiglio che potrebbe essere utile per posizionare asciugamani e prodotti all'interno.
Entrando nella zona più privata, troverete una lunga cabina armadio che si adatta a una buona quantità di vestiti, e sono anche riuscito a inserire un altro armadio nella camera da letto stessa. La camera da letto è abbastanza spaziosa. È molto necessario avere una spaziosa camera da letto che ti lascerà respirare, perché dopo tutto questa è la tua zona di relax. Ho posizionato una scrivania (opzionale) per il trucco o per motivi di lavoro, potrebbe essere utile.
Ho creato un'unità di archiviazione della biblioteca nella sala di lettura in cui è possibile posizionare libri e tutti i tipi di media. Quello che ho scelto è molto moderno e alla moda. La mia selezione di mobili (tavoli e sedie) è funzionale perché puoi spostarli per qualsiasi attività tu voglia fare.
La selezione di mobili e luci proviene da siti Web italiani, quindi dovrebbero essere accessibili a te. La pavimentazione è fatta di colori caldi in parquet, ad eccezione del bagno dove ho scelto una bella piastrella di porcellana che è anche calda ma con un tocco di divertimento (perché ho pensato che anche gli ospiti lo visiterebbero).
Ho creato presentazioni visive di mobili selezionati e luci che ti aiuteranno a visualizzare meglio l'atmosfera e lo spazio.
Per riassumere, l'atmosfera che ho creato è calda, moderna ed elegante.
