Considerato le sue richieste e la disposizione esistente degli ambienti, propongo l’intervento come di seguito:
La zona giorno viene spostata adiacente alla terrazza, aperta con vetrate pieghevoli. La zona sopracitata è prevista come ambiente unico e include soggiorno-salone, pranzo e cucina.
La zona notte è disposta verso sud e prevede due camere da letto. Una camera matrimoniale che include una cabina armadio, bagno e doccia. Il bagno e la doccia sono previsti in ambienti separati in modo da poter usufruire in modo indipendente degli ambienti.
È prevista una seconda camera doppia con letto a marinaio. Questa soluzione rende possibile adibire una parte della stanza ad area giochi per bambini.
La terrazza è prevista coperta da una pergola in travetti di legno color bianco. Nella pergola è previsto l’inserimento di una tenda bianca automatizzata da poter coprire in casi di pioggia o soleggiamento eccessivo.
In tutti gli ambienti e previsto un controsoffitto, in particolare nella zona giorno il controsoffitto e previsto retrocesso, dal perimetro interno del muro esterno, in modo da creare un piano sospeso dove sono installati gli faretti ad incasso. L’installazione del controsoffitto nei lati bassi deve essere coordinata in situ.
La nuova posizione della cucina e del nuovo bagno rende possibile di usufruire degli pozzi per scarichi esistenti nel bagno adiacente.
Come può vedere dagli allegati tutti gli ambienti sono previsti in stile moderno con prevalenza del colore bianco.

Considering your requests and the existing layout of the apartment, I propose the following interventions:
The living area is relocated adjacent to the terrace, openable through folding windows. The aforementioned area is planned as an open space and includes living, dining and kitchen.
The sleeping area is south facing and includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom that includes a walk-in closet, bathroom and shower. The bathroom and the shower are foreseen in separate areas in order to be able to use them independently.
There is a second double room with a bunk bed. This solution makes it possible to use part of the room as playground for children.
The terrace is foreseen covered by a pergola in white wooden beams. In the pergola it is foreseen the insertion of an automated white tent to be covered in cases of rain or excessive temperatures.
In all the rooms has been foreseen a suspended ceiling, in particular in the living area the suspended ceiling is planned to be recessed, from the internal perimeter of the external wall, in order to create a suspended plane where are installed the recessed spot lights.
The installation of the suspended ceiling in the low sides must be coordinated in situ.
The new location of the kitchen and the new bathroom makes it possible to use the existing shafts in the adjacent bathroom.
As you can see from the annexes all the rooms are designed in a modern style with a predominance of white color.
