This apartment shows a very beautiful square shape floorplan, with a simplicity that should be enhanced.Clear and straight lines, that avoid small angles, niches and passages will make this apartment seem more generous and bigger. We decided to divide the apartment into clear zones, the sleeping area towards northwest, the living area exposed to the southeast side. The neighboring buildings on the north are taller than the ones on the southside, which increases the difference in exposure.
