Seguendo le richieste del cliente, i principali cambiamenti hanno interessato lo spazio unico generato dall'unione di cucina e sala da pranzo (demolendo il solo tramezzo di separazione), e dalla unione dell'attuale bagno e del ripostiglio.
Nell'open space la cucina ed il salotto sono divise da un mobile/parete di h. 0,80 m e vetro che da un lato è mobile contenitore, dall'altro attraverso il vetro viene garantita continuità visiva tra l'angolo cottura ed il resto dell'ambiente.
La caldaia resta nel medesimo punto in cui si trova adesso, ed il mobile contenitore può ospitare il termosifone orientandolo verso la zona divani.
Il bagno ospita adesso in uno spazio unico una larga doccia con piatto in doghe a filo pavimento, protetto da un muretto h 1,20 m e lastra di vetro fissa.
La camera matrimoniale può facilmente ottenere una cabina armadio della profondità di 1,20 m (55cm per la struttura armadio + 65cm di passaggio), utilizzando un tramezzo in cartongesso 5cm e pannelli di vetro opaco scorrevoli per accedervi.
