The main idea is to create an open and modern space, a mixture of warmess and beauty full of sensations, the space has suffered a big change. The position of the living room beside the big balcony follows in line by the kitchen which communicates by the door glass as desired, continuing the line allowing to have more light in those social spaces.
The main room is highly private due to the new configuration communicating with the other balconies, furthermore the combination achieved with the walk closet and beautiful bath suite.
When getting into the apartment a nice view of the living room comes to welcome you, allowing to have a better entrance of natural light. Most of the house shares the colors such white, grey and turquoise and other spaces such as bathrooms there is warm mixture among must, brown and caramel.
The balconies are in a beautiful textures combination of venner stone walls, a teka-wood floor to enjoy it.
