The house is designed as you wished between industrial and modern style trends, and all the requirements listed by you have been fully addressed. In consideration of the limitations and the requests laid out by you, the following have been ensured.
1. The kitchen is smaller and the room is larger.
2. A TV facing the sofa.
3. A fireplace where you indicated in the plan.
4. A breakfast area near the window.
5. A dining table near the fireplace.
6. Flooring with wood-colored porcelain stoneware.
Considering the above and the optimal use of all room space, this project led to the following results:
1. Due to the more open space, I arranged the spaces and the furniture in a harmonious way.
2. A wall close to the entrance is allocated to a console table and a mirror for changing clothes.
3. The design of the stairs and its surroundings has been done according to our limitations in such a way that a green space is created under it. The T wall has been created 4. next to it to have the best arrangement.
5. The breakfast table is placed next to the window so that you can enjoy the surrounding view while eating.
