LAYOUT DESCRIPTION
I propose to keep the structure of the house to remain easy furnishing and reduce the cost of modification.
1. The kitchen can be a hidden kitchen by sliding door or open kitchen depend on your need.
2. I propose to keep the fireplace at where it was, but change it to 2 sides fireplace, where we can use it when we are in living room or in the dining area. The fireplace is a main decoration feature of the house and it separates the living room and dining area into 2 areas.
3. We have a small relaxing lounge where we can reading near the stairs inside the living room.
4. I would keep the door leading to the dining room as it is the back door from the garage. We can have a cabinet closes to that door for stuff like shoes, coats etc.
