As I found your project so interesting I have been working on it for several past days, here is our design and I’ll explain the potential and possible opportunities for you;
We provide 2 alternatives for you which you can see in the sheet
Alternative 1:
The main idea was to create a comfortable and functional space for you so you can enjoy your surroundings in a proper way there are 3 zones as you can see; the tv set zone, dining zone, and livingroom zone (a cozier place to sit, talk and have coffee or etc :)
It would be better to use a partition decorative wall to hide the bathroom door and also there is a cabinet under the stairs for you to store your stuff.
A green wall plus a bench under the window near the kitchen door complete your design style and provide more sitting space in case you have guests.
The second alternative:
In this design, we tried to replace the zones and add more of an industrial style to it.
The first project has some renders behind it(as you may see in the sheet)
Both alternatives have isometrics, render plans and AutoCAD dwg dimensions.
There are some common points in both designs, the first thing is that we combine the modern design with industrial style. Thus, we create a color palate and material sheet. As well as this, There is a green space in both designs, and the last one that is the most important thing is the furniture arrangement. Therefore, we have provided two alternatives.
