Dear client, to carry out your project, different proposals were generated, in all, the use of the main view was taken into account for the open and social environment, the need for a large and comfortable kitchen, an entrance hall, good space for Stowed in all bedrooms, space for future desks for study and privacy and a space for a crib in the master bedroom. I am going to tell you the particularity of each proposal.

Proposal A: It is the most basic and economical proposal, several walls, humid nuclei and existing rooms were preserved. This proposal has the kitchen and the smallest secondary rooms but with the largest main room

Proposal B: This proposal has a larger kitchen with a medium island, the secondary rooms are enlarged and have space for future desks. The master bedroom is reduced, it loses the dressed , but has a larger bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Proposal C: The kitchen is bigger, it has a large island for 4 people.
The master bedroom changes place and takes advantage of the use of the balcony. This option does not have a private bathroom in te main bedrrom but have a shower and bathtub. The secondary bedrooms have sufficient size for storage, a desk and a 1 and a half square bed.

Proposal D: This proposal is similar to the previous one but the bathroom is included in the bedroom and only has a shower.

Proposal E: This proposal is similar to D, but has a different layout in the main bedroom.
