The entrance to the living area is characterized by the presence of an elegant bright screen that partially conceals the spiral staircase that serves the mezzanine. The spiral staircase was preferred to the linear stair (which you probably preferred) for issues related to the available heights that wouldn't allow an optimal use.
To the right of the entrance hallway it was organized a large living area and it was placed a basic but comfortable bathroom, with its hallway that respects the current regulations.
The kitchen/dining area is an open solution, as you request, with an island which includes the fires and the breakfast bar.
The sleeping area was organized by placing the master bedroom on the north side; the room is spacious, with a large wardrobe complemented by a walk-in closet; the bathroom of the master bedroom is equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The kids room was sized to place two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bathroom, as well as hosting a laundry area (washing machine and dryer are stacked to save space), is also equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and an original and elegant solution (of Rexa Design) combining shower and tub together.

L'ingresso della zona giorno è caratterizzato dalla presenza di un elegante schermo luminoso che nasconde parzialmente la scala a chiocciola che serve il soppalco. La scala a chiocciola è stata preferita a quella in linea (che probabilmente lei preferiva) per questioni relative alle altezze disponibili che non ne avrebbero consentito un utilizzo ottimale.
A destra dell'area di disimpegno della zona giorno è stata organizzata un ampia zona living ed è stato collocato un bagno essenziale, ma comodo, e con relativo antibagno che rispetta le normative vigenti.
La zona cucina/pranzo è a soluzione aperta come da lei richiesto con un'isola che raggruppa i fuochi e il piano colazione.
La zona notte è stata organizzata posizionando la camera matrimoniale sul lato nord; la camera è ampia e con un grande armadio integrato da una cabina armadio; il bagno della camera matrimoniale è dotato di lavabo, wc, bidet e doccia.
La camera dei ragazzi è stata dimensionata per collocare due letti singoli ed un armadio. Il secondo bagno della zona notte, oltre ad ospitare un'area lavanderia (lavatrice e asciugatrice sono sovrapposte per guadagnare spazio), è dotato anche di lavabo, wc, bidet e di una soluzione originale ed elegante (di Rexa Design) che unisce doccia e vasca insieme.
