I have presented the full study of the potential of your apartment, all included in 5 Versions. I believe one of the main functions of the architect of the interior is to highlight all the options and assist the client in choosing the version that suits them best.

The plan is made of different modules, which can be swapped from one version to the other, like a menu where you can choose the entry, storage, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms that you like more, creating even more versions than 5.

The furniture that have an x mark symbolize that are high till near the ceiling, like shelves or closets. Everything is presented in real dimensions, to be sure that everything drawn can be build without problems in accurate proportions.

My professional view is that the middle structural wall can withstand freely all the openings made in the various proposals, for three main reasons, the openings are small compared to the wall (usually just a door at a time), the wall is long and it can retain its stability and third it is very high, so the portion above the openings can serve a connecting beam with a height of more than 1m, holding thus the total integrity of the structure. Either way Version 3 represents the actual opening in the structural middle wall, together with the downsides of this version.
