The arrangement of the sofa defines two possible fruition of the relaxation, reading and television, and their modularity allows the displacement according to the needs and events.
The placement of the staircase in the passage defines the independence of the mezzanine. Sliding panels in wood or pvc (the latter would ensure the passage of light even if they are closed) mounted on tracks in the ceiling and floor allow the flexibility of the mezzanine that can be closed or open on the other bedroom. The ground floor room was large enough to accommodate a second bed.
I propose an alternative solution to the sleeping area of the ground floor. The smallest single room could become a fourth bedroom or ironing.
