come da lei richiesto, il progetto crea nella sua mansarda due ambienti principali: una cameretta per i suoi bambini ed un soggiorno, mancante al piano inferiore (tav.1 pianta, tav.3 pianta dettagliata).
I suoi MOBILI sono stati mantenuti tutti, ognuno, va a caratterizzare un certo spazio. Dove necessario, si possono acquistare mobili IKEA economici e versatili (tav.2).
Il BAGNO ED IL GUARDAROBA hanno condizionato la distribuzione. Se il guardaroba può essere inserito all’interno della camera dei bambini non si può fare lo stesso con il bagno. È l’unico servizio del piano e deve essere accessibile da tutti e due gli ambienti, non possiamo pensare di avere degli ospiti nel soggiorno e farli scendere o farli passare dalla cameretta per andare in bagno. Pensando la cameretta sul lato guardaroba/bagno e facendo proseguire il muro esistente, lasciando libero l’ingresso al bagno, l’ambiente che si ottiene è molto piccolo con impossibilità di inserire letti e con un’altezza che varia dai 105cm ai 200cm.
La cameretta deve avere una superficie di almeno 14mq (essendo doppia) e ci sono diversi problemi nel sistemarla nella zona guardaroba/bagno.
Per questo motivo il LIVING è posizionato su questo lato, essendo aperto e sviluppandosi in lunghezza compensa la scarsa dimensione in larghezza.
Non per questo il living è sacrificato, anzi, si posiziona perfettamente il divano, con accostate delle mensile e piccoli pensili. Con solo i divani accostati ai muri diventa molto ampio al centro con discrete superfici libere. È più stretto rispetto all’esistente, ma si sviluppa in lunghezza e termina in un piccolo studio arredato con i mobili più caratteristici e classici come la vetrinetta, il tavolo, la sedia e lo specchio (render).
Con una spesa molto contenuta, il living può diventare una SALETTA PROIEZIONI, con un maxi schermo di 200x100cm posizionato davanti al mobile componibile (tav.2 proiettore e telo bianco).
Fra il living e lo studiolo c’è un MOBILE COMPONIBILE, i ripiani potranno essere con ante, chiusi sul retro o aperti, si viene a creare un bellissimo gioco di vedo/non vedo fra i due spazi mantenendo gli ambienti aperti e pieni di luce (tav.2 specifiche prodotto e render).
Lo STUDIOLO ha una parete libera, si può posizionare la sua o altra scrivania con computer per lei e la famiglia. È una zona aperta estensione del living, fa da separazione dai rumori della sala al “silenzio” della cameretta.
La CAMERETTA si crea con dei muri in cartongesso che arriveranno sino al tetto. La soluzione dei divisori in tela e legno non garantisce né la privacy né il silenzio adeguato che ci deve essere in una camera con bambini. In oriente vengono utilizzate, ma ci sono “disimpegni” di separazione fra una stanza e l’altra, e comunque non a contatto con zona-giorno e zona-notte. Non è garantito il risparmio con soluzioni mobili, in quanto comunque si deve realizzare una struttura come nel cartongesso. Pareti in cartongesso costano circa 45euro/mq (tav.3 gialli/rossi).
Rispetto ai vostri riferimenti mi sono avvicinato a tipologie di MOBILI ADATTI AD OGNI ETÀ e soprattutto resistenti, non il solito composto in truciolare ma acciaio per la struttura letto a castello e legno massello per le scrivanie. Struttura letto a catello IKEA molto funzionale, se potete fate un giro, è un modello che spesso espongono in qualche combinazione di loro stanze ideali.
Guardate i prezzi dei singoli prodotti e vedrete che non vi costerà nulla arredare la camera, vi durerà nel tempo perché sono materiali inusuali per IKEA e potrete smontarli e rimontarli in una nuova casa (tav.2). Il mobile e le cassettiere trovano spazio nell’ambiente (tav.1 e tav.3 pianta dettagliata con misure).
Il nuovo VELUX nella cameretta è consigliato e probabilmente, da regolamento di igiene, insufficiente a rendere abitabili gli ambienti. Questa è una valutazione che dovete fare voi, tenete conto un 1.000 euro a velux (foro, installazione, rifiniture) (tav.3).
Si consiglia la tinteggiatura delle sole PERLINE, soluzione molto apprezzata negli ultimi anni, aumenterà la luce e la sensazione di grandezza (render).
