We tried to make the most of the difficulties of this project, making them potentiality.
First af all, because of the strict budget, we offer furniture DIY or at low cost and re-use of existing furniture, modernized and enhanced.
We also seek to highlight the marine vocation of the rooms, using themed decorations but with a consistent and elegant design: while developing a design proposal for hotel rooms in a seaside resort, it is easy to make the mistake of using accessories and furnitures ruined on purpose or vintage, which would reduce rooms' value in front of the tourist.
Let us analyze in more detail the proposed solution:
- The color theme is central to both rooms: we use colors that evoke a marine setting but with originality and elegance. The chosen colors are present in the purnitures but we also find them as colors of the walls (as in renderings).
- For beds, we choose to use the existing ones, resorting to an upholstery that cover the structures, enriches them and gives value to the whole room.
The choice of sheets and pillows is very important to the overall image of the room.
- For the outside of the rooms we adopt solutions that give the tourists the impression of having a real private garden: a hammock to relax in, a breakfast table, a flowered bougainvillea to embellish the space and refined accessories like the glass jugs and Apulian ceramic objects. The terrace will be a sheltered piece of paradise for your customers.
- Finally, we propose solutions for two settings that do not fall in the contest: the bathroom, that thanks to small expedients can be cozy and in harmony with the rest of the room, and the external garden, embellished through to the choice of plants and the use of some simple objects that underline and enhance the value of your property.

Abbiamo cercato di sfruttare al meglio le difficoltà di questo progetto, rendendole potenzialità.
In primo luogo, a causa del budget ristretto, proponiamo arredi fai da te o a basso costo e il riuso del mobilio esistente, modernizzato ed impreziosito.
Cerchiamo inoltre di valorizzare la vocazione marina delle stanze, impiegando decorazioni a tema ma dal design lineare ed elegante: nell'elaborare una proposta progettuale per stanze in affitto in località marina è facile incorrere nell'errore di impiegare complementi d'arredo volutamente rovinati e vintage, cosa che farebbe perdere di valore le stanze agli occhi del turista.
Analizziamo più nel dettaglio la soluzione proposta:
- il tema del colore è fondamentale per entrambe le stanze: utilizziamo delle tinte che richiamano uno scenario marino ma con originalità e freschezza. I colori scelti non sono presenti solo negli oggetti di arredo impiegati, ma li troviamo anche come colori delle pareti stesse (come si nota dai rendering).
- per i letti, scegliamo di impiegare gli esistenti, ricorrendo ad un sistema di copertura della struttura che li arricchisce e dona valore all'intera stanza. La scelta della biancheria e dei cuscini è molto importante ai fini dell'immagine complessiva della stanza.
- Per l'esterno delle stanze adottiamo delle soluzioni che diano al turista l'impressione di disporre di un vero e proprio giardino privato: un'amaca per il relax, un tavolino per la colazione, una parete di bouganvillea fiorita per impreziosire l'ambiente e complementi ricercati come le damigiane in vetro e le ceramiche pugliesi. Il terrazzino dovrà essere un riparato angolo di paradiso per i vostri clienti.
- Proponiamo infine alcune soluzioni per gli ambienti che non rientrano nel contest: il bagno, che grazie a piccoli accorgimenti può risultare accogliente ed in sintonia con il resto della stanza, ed il giardino esterno, impreziosito grazie alla scelta delle piante ed all'impiego di alcuni semplici oggetti che sottolineano ed aumentano il valore della vostra proprietà.
