DearSir, dear Madam

Hereunder we present to you two possible solutions for the renovation of the apartment under consideration.

Both propose to create a harmonious and comfortable space, originating from the rigorous observation of your demands as well as the implementation of a better and enhanced use of the extant furniture.

As for the project, the direction of the construction site and the expenses, the two suggested solutions differ in one relevant aspect alone.

Specifically, the first solution, as you have requested, provides for a laundry room in place of the current walk-in closet at the end of the corridor.
Yet since there is no drainage piping in this area, this calls both for the total removal of the pavement as well as raising it to the height of a step, in the bedroom, so as to attain the necessary slope to reach the current drain pipes.

The second and alternative solution entails the creation of a proper walk-in closet servicing the bedroom, and the placement of the washing machine and dryer within the bathroom which opens onto the corridor. This plan also necessitates the raising of the pavement, yet is restricted only to the bathroom.

These are the differences, now to the project in greater detail.

From the entrance we move to the kitchen and dining area on the right, which comprises a large cooking space where it will be possible to set the table for breakfast and a quick lunch.

Following always on the right hand side of the corridor, we move to the guest bathroom provided with bathtub, toilet, bidet and eventually a washing machine/dryer fitted into the sink cupboard.

Finally, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a broad wardrobe and possibly the walk-in closet.

The corridor has been made slightly narrower, and here a vast wardrobe is expected to be built running along all the left wall except for entrance to the living room.

The living room has been connected to the studio/guest room through the drawing of a sliding door, towards the windows.
It is vital that the opening be so fashioned, for, when the door is opened, the two consecutive windows provide more light whilst conveying a feeling of greater breadth to the living room, which would otherwise seem too cramped.

The entire apartment is to be floored with parquet, except for the bathrooms and kitchen where we expect to lay cement/grès porcelain tiles.
