Il progetto che propongo mantiene la forma a “L” della proposta originaria: in questo modo si sfruttano meglio le dimensioni del lotto a disposizione mantenendo un'area libera dalla costruzione che consente di ricavare un'ampia area verde che funge da ingresso pedonale della palazzina con l'accesso ai due corpi scala che servono gli appartamenti.
Il progetto si sviluppa su tre piani fuori terra: al piano terra sono collocati quattro appartamenti medio-grandi (1 bilocale, 1 trilocale e 2 quadrilocali) che possono fruire anche di un'area verde privata, mentre al piano primo e secondo sono ricavati sette appartamenti per piano (2 bilocali, 3 trilocali e 2 quadrilocali). Tutti gli appartamenti hanno un doppio affaccio e hanno doppi servizi (tranne i bilocali) con aeroilluminazione naturale (sfruttando anche un cavedio interno con dimensioni 4,20x4,20 mt) su cui affacciano le finestre di alcuni bagni.
Gli appartamenti sono dotati di ampio terrazzo (dimensioni minime 2,80x2,80 mt).

The project I propose maintains the "L" shape of the original proposal: in this way the available lot sizes are better exploited, keeping an area free from the construction that allows to obtain a large green area that acts as a pedestrian entrance of the building with access to the two stairs that serve the apartments.
The project is on three floors above ground: on the ground floor there are four medium-large apartments (1 two-room apartment, 1 three-room apartment and 2 four-room apartments) that can also have a private green area, while on the first and second floor there are seven apartments per floor (2 two-room apartments, 3 three-room apartments and 2 four-room apartments). All apartments have a double view and have two bathrooms (except for the two-room apartments) with natural air-lighting (also taking advantage of an internal shaftwith dimensions 4.20 x 4.20 meters) onto which the windows of some bathrooms overlook.
The apartments have a large terrace (minimum size 2.80x2.80 m).
