Dear Client, I am presenting a modern residential building using white colour with wooden facade accents and vertical greenery as you wish. There are 8 flats on each floor and each of them has one or two bathrooms with direct access to fresh air and natural light. The building is quite big and perceived as a horizontal body, so I am using the vertical elements on the facade to create vertical rhythm and elegance. The rails on the terraces can vary in height as well as the window heights and all dimensions can be slightly changed in general. The wooden elements are meant to correspond to the blinders on the windows (I saw all windows nearby have blinders for the sun on Google maps).
The flora species in the landscape project correspond to Mediterranean climate and are described as suitable for Italy. For the vertical greenery I believe you should consult a specialist.
