In this project, I have done my design with three different approaches, which I will describe the positive and negative points of each design, respectively.
1. Since most apartments are used for parties and meetings, I designed a large, modern dining hall and dining hall by eliminating one bedroom and reducing the other sleeping space.
Pros: Large living space and dining table in addition to the kitchen island, larger space to look and a more desirable sense of comfort.
Cons: There is only one bedroom. The bedroom has no windows. It is suggested to build a skylight to solve the light problem.
۲. It has been reconstructed with the least destruction of the required spaces.
Pros: Spend less on demolition and reconstruction, have natural light in both rooms, Large master room design
Cons: Very small kitchen, hall and small dining hall, the island is used for dining inside the house and the designed space inside the terrace for parties. The child's room is far from the master room and the bathroom
3. Combination of suggestions 1 and 2:
Pros: Two designed rooms, one with natural light. Both rooms have better access to each other and are away from the public space and the hall. Large, modern and open kitchen and reception.
Cons: Like the first suggestion, the master room does not have natural light. Lack of dining table inside the house.
