The distribution of the plan has been made trying to touch the minimum possible the existing walls.

With this distribution were obtained 13 apartments. Most of them small or medium size.

Apartments 5, 9 and 12 are not equipped with kitchen. It could say that they are like hotel rooms. Similarly, these 3 apartments can be joined with apartments 4, 10 and 13 respectivily. Thus 10 apartments fully equipped by floor are achieved. (bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen).
