The original draft seemed to me quite reasonable and logical, intended more for small improvements and clarifications than major changes.
The main theses and tasks that were set by me:
1. Preservation of the maximum light and free space
2. Installation of built-in equipment and high efficiency lighting
3. Space shaping for easy maintenance
4. Designing simple forms in the interior with the possibility of a wide choice in the market
5. Minimization of interior details "by size" in favor of "standard" in order to contain the cost
6. Formation of a list of suppliers in terms of a wide range of products and their experience in the field of "contract"
7. Selection of interior elements and finishes with an anti-vandal and easy-to-clean orientation
8. Selection of interior elements according to the principle of reasonable sufficiency.
Made by project:
1. Space. Retained access to natural light in all apartments
2. Built-in lighting and equipment
I preferred built-in LED lighting as it is more productive, easy to replace and economical. As an example, the staircase is illuminated with LED strip from the wall, which also serves as the main lighting for the kitchen and at the same time for the bedroom and as a decorative element that forms the architectural pattern of the walls.
3. The space does not have hard-to-reach places and difficult passages
4. Interior and trim parts have simple shapes and textures and are easily interchangeable with similar ones.
5. The layout and dimensions of the furniture are as close as possible to the standards both in terms of size and finishes.
6. The number of suppliers is minimized in favor of suppliers with a wide range of products and the availability of “contract” products
7. Factories present in the project have a focus on ease of maintenance of their products and offer cost-effective replacement options for components.
8. The project was completed with an understanding of the target audience and the needs of the end user in this segment
The applied design and design principles can certainly be implemented in all apartments with minor modifications according to the layout and purpose.

Il progetto originale mi sembrava abbastanza ragionevole e logica, intesa più per piccoli miglioramenti e chiarimenti che per grandi cambiamenti.
Le principali tesi e compiti che sono stati fissati da me:
1. Conservazione della massima luce e spazio libero
2. Installazione di apparecchiature integrate e illuminazione ad alta efficienza
3. Modellamento dello spazio per una facile manutenzione e la pulizzia
4. Progettare forme semplici all'interno con la possibilità di un'ampia scelta sul mercato
5. Minimizzazione dei dettagli interni "a misura" a favore di "standard" per contenere il costo
6. Formazione di un elenco di fornitori in termini di un'ampia gamma di prodotti e della loro esperienza nel campo del "contratto"
7. Selezione di elementi interni e finiture con un orientamento antivandalismo e facile da pulire
8. Selezione degli elementi interni secondo il principio di ragionevole sufficienza.
Realizzato per progetto:
1. Spazio. Accesso mantenuto alla luce naturale in tutti gli appartamenti
2. Illuminazione e attrezzature integrate
Ho preferito l'illuminazione a LED integrata in quanto è più produttiva, facile da sostituire ed economica. Ad esempio, la scala è illuminata con striscia LED da parete, che funge anche da illuminazione principale per la cucina e allo stesso tempo per la camera da letto e da elemento decorativo che forma il motivo architettonico delle pareti.
3. Lo spazio non ha punti difficili da raggiungere e passaggi difficili
4. Le parti interne e di rifinitura hanno forme e trame semplici e sono facilmente intercambiabili con altre simili.
5. La disposizione e le dimensioni dei mobili sono il più vicino possibile agli standard sia in termini di dimensioni che di finiture.
6. Il numero di fornitori è ridotto al minimo a favore di fornitori con un'ampia gamma di prodotti e la disponibilità di prodotti "a contratto"
7. Le fabbriche presenti nel progetto si concentrano sulla facilità di manutenzione dei loro prodotti e offrono opzioni di sostituzione economicamente vantaggiose per i componenti.
8. Il progetto è stato completato con una comprensione del pubblico target e delle esigenze dell'utente finale in questo segmento
I principi di progettazione e progettazione applicati possono certamente essere implementati in tutti gli appartamenti con piccole modifiche in base al layout e allo scopo.
