I offer you a proposal for the design of Part Of your apartment (PW51 - Modern saddle roof home) .
The project was designed to achieve all the required aspects, whether aesthetically or functionally-
- Modern style was relied on in the interior design, while the exterior design took on a charming rustic and classic character
- The basement floor was allocated for renting, and on the basis of that, two separate apartments were designed in the basement floor, each containing two rooms, one spacious reception, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
- The ground and first floors have been allocated to be a separate villa with a master bedroom, a guest room, a bathroom, a private living room for the guest room, two bedrooms for children, an office room, a bathroom for each room, and a laundry room.
- The first floor was designed to occupy 75% of the total building area and allocate the remaining part as an open space for breakfast and relaxation.
Furniture used in the design :
It is designed in a modern style, characterized by simplicity, to suit the surrounding environment, inexpensively, it can be made easily, and it is preferable to make and not buy it to get the required specifications as they are .
