At first we slightly increased the current dimensions of the house. We modified the main entrance door of the house to make access to the house more private.
We chose the roof of the house in such a way that the height restriction has the least impact on our design.
We redesigned the ground floor and tried to provide a bright house with a good view of the surrounding landscape by using large windows.
We kept the staircase in its current location and provided access to the first and underground floors from the ground floor.
On the first floor, we placed the children's rooms in a place that has the least restrictions in terms of ceiling height.
We designed the master bedroom as a separate set, where you can enjoy a sleeping place, terrace, dressing room, sauna and private bathroom.
We designed the master bedroom in such a way that you have an unobstructed view of the surroundings.
We also designed the children's bedroom at a distance from the main bedroom.
On the basement floor, we designed two apartments, one of which is a one-bedroom suite and the other is a full two-bedroom apartment.
We provided an access to the ground floor from the basement and separated it with a door.
We designed the windows of the basement apartments in such a way that they do not have a view of the garden.
We considered two entrances for the garden, one from the main entrance side of the house (can be used for the ground floor and if needed from the basement) and the other directly from the ground floor terrace.
We designed the garden as a staircase so that each floor has a good view of the surrounding scenery.
We separated the perimeter of the house from neighboring properties by short plants.
We used quality Italian furniture to furnish your home. You can see their dimensions, size, model and purchase website in the attached files. You can also use the renderings provided to choose their color.
