The proposal aims to allow maximum comfort by using the maximum of the available area. The apartment can host comfortably host family members and friends for a meal. I used clear lines to integrate all elements of each room. The circulation is fluid and clear. The kitchen is completely open, but still private. It gives more light to the apartment. The dining area has 9 available seats. The front seats are integrated in the cupboard wall that connects the kitchen and makes the space as one.
As for the small space leading to the bathroom and the vacant room, it as modified to gain space for the living room. It also gave the bathroom more privacy (no direct contact with the living room).
The color in the entrance creates a defined area and gives depth to the apartment. I used the green color, which I think is very trendy and elegant.
The available room can be used for gaming or to watch movies. It will also allow hosts to have a nap after eating, or even to have a private conversation. The staircase is a sculptural piece of art in the living room. , that adds dynamism by the play of shadows and light.
