The design of the appartement consist of three bedrooms (one master bedroom and a private shower, one small bedroom and one good size bedroom), a large bathroom, a separate kitchen and living room.
The kitchen and its' relation to the living room is the main feature of the appartement. It gives and open and airy feeling due to the glass wall between the kitchen and the living room, but at the same time separate the function between kitchen and living room, so that you don't see/smell the kitchen.
The sleeping quarters are all situated on the quiet side of the appartement, facing the balcony, while the living area and kitchen are all facing the street.
The hallway are made shorter and the walls are aligned with the existing pillars in order to have the maximum size of bedrooms. The minimum width of the hallway is almost 1,3 m wide.
