La soluzione A (e la A.1) prevede tre camere da letto, un soggiorno – pranzo, una cucina e due bagni. La soluzione B prevede la stessa dotazione ma con una camera da letto in meno.
L’affaccio migliore nonché la migliore esposizione si trovano in posizione opposta all'ingresso. Il tema principale delle due soluzioni, come del resto richiesto, è stato dunque quello di immaginare configurazioni che eliminassero l’attuale lungo corridoio di accesso alla parte più “preziosa” dell’appartamento. Per le soluzioni A l’idea è stata quella di un percorso “sincopato” ottenuto variando larghezza e l’altezza dello spazio attraversato. Si ha quindi un ingresso (dal quale si può direttamente accedere alla prima camera che può essere destinata anche a studio) più largo e più basso; un tratto di passaggio, più stretto e più alto; un disimpegno vero e proprio, di nuovo più largo e più basso, da cui accedere al soggiorno, alla cucina, al bagno della zona giorno e alla zona notte. Le soluzioni A.1 e A.2 variano solo in cucina: nella prima, questa è direttamente collegata al soggiorno dal quale è separata solo idealmente dalla penisola del piano di lavoro; nella seconda la cucina è completamente disimpegnata e autonoma con l’ingresso spostato più vicino al soggiorno-pranzo. In entrambe le soluzioni la cucina ha le dimensioni per essere abitabile.
La soluzione B, grazie alla camera in meno, offre la possibilità di eliminare del tutto il corridoio. Appena entrati c’è la cucina, abitabile e aperta verso l’ingresso ma separata da questi dalla penisola del piano di lavoro. Dall'ingresso e verso l’interno lo spazio progressivamente si comprime fino a sfociare nel grande soggiorno-pranzo. Una parte ribassata, lungo il primo tratto della parete più interna, in continuità ideale con il percorso ingresso-cucina-soggiorno, accompagna al disimpegno della zona notte con le due camere da letto e un bagno.

The solution A (and the A.1) includes three bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The solution B provides the same equipment but with one less bedroom.
The best view and the best exposure are in the opposite position to the entrance. The main theme of the two solutions, as indeed required, was therefore to imagine configurations that eliminated the current long corridor of access to the most "precious" part of the apartment. For the solutions A the idea was that of a "syncopated" route obtained by varying the width and height of the space crossed. There is therefore an entrance (from which one can directly access the first room that can also be used as a study) wider and lower; a stretch of passage, narrower and higher; a real hallway, again wider and lower, from which to access the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom of the living area and the sleeping area. Solutions A.1 and A.2 vary only in the kitchen: in the first, this is directly connected to the living room from which it is only ideally separated from the peninsula of the worktop; in the second the kitchen is completely disengaged and autonomous with the entrance moved closer to the living-dining room. In both solutions the kitchen has the dimensions to be habitable.
The solution B, thanks to the less room, offers the possibility to completely eliminate the corridor. As you enter, there is the kitchen, which is habitable and open towards the entrance but separated from them by the peninsula of the worktop. From the entrance and inward the space progressively compresses until it flows into the large living-dining room. A lower part, along the first stretch of the inner wall, in perfect continuity with the entrance-kitchen-living room path, accompanies to the disengagement of the sleeping area with the two bedrooms and a bathroom.
