Il progetto ha interessato la disposizione degli spazi interni attraverso interventi sullo stato rustico dell’immobile.
L’idea alla base del progetto è stata quella di creare degli spazi ampi comodi e confortevoli, in chiave moderna ma con richiami al vintage.
Per la Zona Giorno, ho previsto un’area soggiorno e pranzo, separata dalla cucina, ma allo stesso tempo collegata da un richiamo del rivestimento ed una gola che delimità il disimpegno, da cui è possibile accedere sia ai servizi che alle camere, in una forma riservata ma non troppo. L’idea principale è stata quella di rendere il vano scala un elemento di collegamento sia orizzontale che verticale, in chiave elegante e senza essere troppo invadente.
Nella Zona Notte , ho cercato di creare un ambiente soft e rilassante, ad iniziare dal disimpegno, in cui ho pensato ad un giardino zen, in cui inserire la scala in metallo, per l’accesso al piano mansarda.
L’ampia metratura del piano, mi ha consentito di progettare due grandi camere da letto entrambe provviste di servizi.
Per la mansarda ho pensato di ampliarla attraverso una piccola soppalcatura che verrà connessa alla soletta, definendo la cabina armadio della camera da letto. Questà sarà sostanzialmente una stanza utilizzata come studio, e per il relax.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involved the arrangement of the interior spaces through state interventions rustic property.
The idea behind the project was to create a large space comfortable and comfortable, with a modern but with references to vintage.
For Living Area, I planned living and dining area, separate from the kitchen, but at the same time connected by a call of the coating and a groove that defines the hallway, from which you can access both services to the rooms, in a confidential but not too much. The main idea was to make a stairwell connecting element both horizontally and vertically, in key and elegant without being too intrusive.
In the Sleeping Area, I tried to create a soft and relaxing environment, starting from the hallway, when I thought of a zen garden, in which to insert the metal ladder to access the attic floor.
The large size of the plan, has allowed me to design two large bedrooms both with service.
For the attic I decided to extend it through a small soppalcatura that will be connected to the slab, calling the walk-in closet in the bedroom. This will essentially be a room used as a study, and for relaxation.
