We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We proposed two plans, the main difference of which is in the layout and facilities of the kitchen and master bedroom.
Considering that your apartment is located in a building with several apartments on each floor, we assumed the location of the entrance door to be fixed so that there is no inconsistency between your door and the door of other apartments.
We moved the washing machine and dryer closet to the terrace to have more space inside.
We considered the main bathroom, which has a bathtub, to be private for the master bedroom.
We put the closets in the main room on the side of the child's bedroom so that there is sound insulation between the two rooms.
We tried to design the apartment with an open space, away from unnecessary extra spaces and with a design that is suitable for a young couple with a child.
