Living in such an amazing place it's like a dream, but it could be better, here is our propose to create a more confortable and beautiful home for you!!!

We create a propose that maximize the open space sensation but keeping the privacy of the bedrooms without a door. The new propose contemplates that the kitchen is totally opened to the dinning and living room, it's bigger and has more light. There’s an island in the kitchen and also another bar that can function as auxiliar dinning table too. In the covered balcony we propose the laundry room and the cabinet. We minimize the circulation areas to have more natural light in the interior, and also to have bigger spaces. We create a third bathroom which separates the private and the social spaces, so the other two bathrooms are inside the bedrooms. There’s a room that can be used as TV room, study, guest’s room or like a big closet (it depends on the furniture and the needs you have). The children’s bedroom is one of the existing room, but now has a closet and a private bathroom. If you use a bunkbed there’s also space to have a “play zone”. The main room now is bigger, it has its own walk in closet and bathroom (with double sink and shower) This space is perfect to rest cause it’s separated from children’s bedroom by the bathrrom, that gives more privacy to you.
