Il progetto si pone l'obiettivo di soddisfare, per quanto possibile, i requisiti richiesti. Per ciascun piano si sono ricavate due camere da letto singole, una camera da letto matrimoniale, due bagni di cui almeno uno areato e un open space per la zona cucina e living; fa eccezione il secondo piano per cui non è stata possibile ricavare la seconda camera da letto a causa delle dimensioni ridotte. Per l'appartamento più piccolo si è sviluppata la zona giorno al piano terra, la camera da letto singola al piano primo e la camera da letto matrimoniale al piano secondo.
In linea generale si è cercato di evitare grandi modifiche alle murature principali, considerando anche la loro funzione strutturale, lasciando le finestre e le scale nella loro posizione e progettando due uniche aperture nella muratura al piano terra di modesta entità, di cui andrebbe comunque verificata la fattibilità in loco.
Si è scelto, invece, di utilizzare l'arredo per sfruttare al meglio gli spazi già presenti, rivedendo la distribuzione interna e prevedendo complementi quasi tutti su misura. Si specifica la scelta di prevedere nelle camere da letto singole letti a una piazza e mezza, sovradimensionati rispetto ai tradizionali ma sicuramente più confortevoli.

The project aims to satisfy, as far as possible, the required requirements. For each floor there are two single bedrooms, a double bedroom, two bathrooms, at least one of which is ventilated and an open space for the kitchen and living area; with the exception of the second floor for which it was not possible to obtain the second bedroom due to its small size. For the smaller apartment, the living area was developed on the ground floor, the single bedroom on the first floor and the double bedroom on the second floor.
In general, we have tried to avoid major changes to the main walls, also considering their structural function, leaving the windows and stairs in their position and designing two single openings in the wall on the ground floor of modest size, whose on-site feasibility.
Instead, it was decided to use the furniture to make the most of the existing spaces, reviewing the internal distribution and providing almost all made-to-measure accessories. We specify the choice of providing single and a half beds in the single bedrooms, oversized compared to the traditional ones but certainly more comfortable.
