Project description
In this project main design challenges were space efficiency, natural lighting and effective circulation.
Decor and interior of the apartment is kept in lighter shade with some visual elements to highlight the space. However space is divided in three parts public-private, private and services. windows on north wall has kept to fill the space with light. services are kept on one side to ease the fittings.

Considering the need for separate bedroom is provided on north side to get light. A large living room is provided considering sofabed for guest. and as per requirement kitchen is equipped with essentials like microwave oven, coffee machine, mini fridge and storage. Functional layout of kitchen is modified for small space. Kitchen platform is extended to make dining for two people. Space given can accommodate user to socialize with friends if wanted. That is why open plan is kept to make space look bigger.

Living and bedroom is divided by partition to give bedroom privacy. This partition is designed in metal to get the light into living room.Windows are given on the both balcony side to get more light and for ventilation. Glass windows with white curtains provided to maximize the space. Bathroom entry is kept from outside. provided with window to get light. bathroom door have frosted glass toget light into kitchen.
All the interiors are kept minimal so that it won't clutter the space.
