Il progetto prevede delle parziali demolizioni e ricostruzioni al fine di rendere più fruibili gli spazi.
Nel bagno il tramezzo che delimitava l'antibagno è stato sostituito con una parete vetrata con anta
scorrevole, l'entrata è stata spostata ed è stata creata una nicchia per il posizionamento della lavatrice e di un eventuale mobile contenitore su misura a tutta altezza.
Sopra la porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento è stato creato un ripostiglio "pensile" con faretti incassati alla base.
Il tramezzo che delimitava la cucina è stato ridotto a una spalla da 70cm utilizzata per creare
una ulteriore struttura contenitiva che va ad inglobare il blocco cucina.
Nella camera da letto è stata creata un armadio su misura con degli spazi specifici per contenere
due sistemi di letti a scomparsa completi di libreria. Utilizzando la nicchia che si è creata eliminando la porta del bagno è stata inserita una scrivania per due persone.
Nella zona giorno anzichè posizionare un classico tavolo è stato inserito un tavolo-consolle estraibile che funge anche da porta tv ed è stato inserito un divanetto due posti.

In the bathroom the partition delimiting the dressing room was replaced with a glass wall with door
sliding, the entry has been moved and was created a niche for the positioning of the washer and of a possible cabinet tailored to full height.
Above the door of the apartment it was created a utility "hanging" with recessed spotlights at the base.
The partition that enclosed the kitchen has been reduced to a shoulder 70cm used to create
a further containment structure that goes to incorporate the kitchen block.
In the bedroom it was created with a custom closet space to contain specific
two systems of folding beds complete with library. Using the niche that has been created by removing the bathroom door has been inserted a desk for two people.
In the living area instead of placing a classic table has been inserted a removable console-table that doubles as a TV stand and has received a two seater sofa
