La presente relazione descrive ed accompagna il progetto i ristrutturazione di un piccolo appartamento collocato vicino alle università Bicocca e Iulm.
Il principale intervento delle opere murarie è stata la demolizione del muro che divide la zona cucina dal corridoio, in modo tale da creare uno spazio più ampio e luminoso.
Nella zona giorno si trovano i mobili della cucina distribuiti lungo la parete con la finestra ed un tavolo al centro della stanza.
Mentre nella zona notte/relax, si trovano due letti singoli contenitore che all'occorrenza possono essere uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale. Di fronte ad essi è stato posizionato un armadio aperto, in modo da sfruttare al meglio lo spazio.
Da questa stanza si passa all'antibagno dove è stato collocato un armadio che contiene anche una lavatrice.
Dall'antibagno si accede al bagno che ha subito delle piccole modifiche murarie in modo tale da risultare un po' più spazioso.



This report describes and shows the restoration of a small apartment situated close to Bocconi and Iulm universities.
The most important intervention consists in the demolition of the wall which divides kitchen and hallway, in order to create a brighter and more spacious room.
In the living area there's the kitchen's forniture alongside the wall with the window, and there's a table in the middle of the room.
In the sleeping/relaxation area there are two single beds, which can be put together to obtain a double bed. In front of them there's a wardrobe, which is opened to use the room in the best way.
From this room you can enter the dressing, where you find a piece of furniture with a wash machine in it. The bathroom got some modifications in terms of building structure to look a bit more spacious.
