Come si può osservare da progetto, la trasformazione in pianta dell'appartamento non è stata radicale in modo tale da ottenere un piccolo appartamento funzionale e dai costi contenuti. E' stata eliminata la parete della cucina per rendere l'ambiente più ampio e nel resto della casa sono state abbattute piccole sezioni di muri in modo da creare zone maggiormente vivibili. L'appartamento, suddiviso principalmente in due zone, ha un'aria moderna, adatto ad un target di giovani universitari o lavoratori single. Nella zona d'ingresso, sul muro a sinistra, sono state previste due mensole basse per scarpe e appendini. La cucina a forma di "L" in laccato bianco prevede uno spazio per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Al centro, in appoggio al top della cucina, c'è uno snack per quattro persone. Passando alla zona living ci si trova davanti ad un grande armadio nel quale sono stati inseriti un guardaroba, un letto a scomparsa verticale, mensole a giorno e spazi per il deposito. Il divano può essere trasformato in letto matrimoniale. Questa zona quindi, oltre ad essere un comodo soggiorno, può diventare camera da letto per una persona e occasionalmente per tre. Vicino alla porta finestra sono posizionate mensole, un piano per la zona studio e tv. Dal soggiorno è possibile accedere al bagno passando per l'antibagno. Per quanto riguarda le pareti dell'appartamento, la palette colori è bianca, grigia, nera. Particolare è la parete del soggiorno dietro al divano, decorata con una carta da parati. La stessa è ripresa sulla porta che divide cucina da living. Questo è possibile grazie alla tecnica dell'affresco digitale, utilizzabile su diverse superfici e ambienti.

As can be observed from the project, the transformation in the plant of the apartment has not been radical in such a way as to obtain a small apartment functional and cost. It eliminated the kitchen wall to make the wider environment and the rest of the house were torn down small sections of walls to create areas more liveable. The apartment is divided in two main areas, it has a modern air, suitable for a target of young university students and single workers. In the entrance area, on the left wall, we have been laid low two shelves for shoes and hangers. The kitchen in the shape of "L" in white lacquer provides a space for dishwasher and washing machine. At the center, resting on top of the kitchen, there's a snack for four people. Moving on to the living area you are in front of a large cabinet in which were included a wardrobe, a bed retractable vertical, open shelves and space for storage. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. This area therefore, in addition to being a comfortable living room, the bedroom can become for a person and occasionally by three. Near the door are positioned shelves, a plan for the study area and tv. From the living room you can enter the bathroom through the dressing room. As regards the walls of the apartment, the color palette is white, gray, black. Detail is the living room wall behind the couch, decorated with a wallpaper. The same is resumed on the door that separates the kitchen from the living. This is possible thanks to the technique of digital, it can be used on different surfaces and environments.
