Casa per vacanze al mare. La sua destinazione specifica influenza il modo di abitarla che è diverso dal modo in cui si abita la casa in cui si vive durante il resto dell’anno. Le abitudini e gli usi si adeguano al periodo vacanziero e le “regole” quotidiane diventano meno rigide. Il progetto si adegua ed interpreta questi presupposti.
La zona notte con le tre camere da letto è dimensionata al minimo necessario. Ciò permette di avere la zona giorno più ampia possibile e, soprattutto, il secondo bagno.
Un disimpegno attrezzato serve le tre camere da letto sufficientemente dimensionate per poter accogliere gli arredi indispensabili alla loro funzione. La cucina e il soggiorno, grazie all’ampia apertura creano con il terrazzo un unico ambiente interno-esterno. In questo modo le varie funzioni che caratterizzano normalmente questi ambienti si completano e si fondono dilatando la superficie dell’appartamento e la sua capacità di utilizzo. La cucina (angolo cottura) si apre sul soggiorno. Di fronte, quando il periodo dell’anno non consente di vivere appieno il terrazzo, trova spazio la zona pranzo con un comodo tavolo da pranzo per 4/6 persone che, sfruttando il grande armadio (opportunamente progettato e realizzato su disegno) del disimpegno della zona notte, può “scomparire” semplicemente scorrendovi all’interno.
Il progetto prevede due bagni entrambi con areazione e luce diretta, completi di bidet e doccia (una da 70x90 e l’altra da 80x100).
In vacanza però qualche ospite è facile che possa venire a trascorrere qualche giorno e quindi ci potrà essere un letto a castello al posto del singolo grazie all’altezza dell’imposta delle finestre ed inoltre il divano convertibile del soggiorno ha lo spazio per essere aperto.

Viene proposta una seconda variante del progetto in cui i presupposti di partenza sono gli stessi. In questa ipotesi si è ridotto il numero delle camere da letto a vantaggio della zona giorno che risulta quindi essere più grande. Le due camere da letto singole si riducono ad una più ampia e capace di ospitare due letti singoli (o due letti a castello) con un armadio. Uno dei due bagni diventa ad uso esclusivo della camera da letto padronale. Essendo minore il numero di vani da servire si riduce di conseguenza anche la superficie di connettivo. Seppure non totalmente rispondente alle specifiche richieste della committenza, questa variante presenta comunque aspetti meritevoli di valutazione.


Seaside holiday home. Its specific destination influences the way of living which is different from the way in which the house is lived in during the rest of the year. Habits and customs adapt to the holiday period and the daily "rules" become less rigid. The project adapts and interprets these assumptions.
The sleeping area with the three bedrooms is sized to the minimum necessary. This allows you to have the largest possible living area and, above all, the second bathroom.
An equipped hallway serves the three bedrooms sufficiently sized to accommodate the furnishings essential to their function. Thanks to the large opening, the kitchen and living room create a single indoor-outdoor environment with the terrace. In this way, the various functions that normally characterize these environments complement and merge, expanding the surface of the apartment and its ability to use. The kitchen (kitchenette) opens onto the living room. Opposite, when the period of the year does not allow you to fully enjoy the terrace, there is the dining area with a comfortable dining table for 4/6 people which, taking advantage of the large wardrobe (appropriately designed and built on design) of the hallway of the sleeping area, it can “disappear” simply by scrolling inside.
The project includes two bathrooms both with ventilation and direct light, complete with bidet and shower (one of 70x90 and the other of 80x100).
On vacation, however, it is easy for some guests to come and spend a few days and therefore there may be a bunk bed instead of a single bed thanks to the height of the window shutter and also the convertible sofa in the living room has space to be opened.

A second variant of the project is proposed in which the starting conditions are the same. In this hypothesis, the number of bedrooms has been reduced to the advantage of the living area which is therefore larger. The two single bedrooms are reduced to a larger one and able to accommodate two single beds (or two bunk beds) with a wardrobe. One of the two bathrooms becomes for the exclusive use of the master bedroom. As the number of rooms to be served is smaller, the connective surface area is also reduced. Although not fully responding to the specific requests of the client, this variant still presents aspects worthy of evaluation.
