Con il seguente progetto ci siamo mossi cercando di dare più spazio possibile alla zona giorno: abbiamo eliminato ogni tramezzo tra living, cucina e spazio ricreativo, realizzando un’infilata unica attraverso la maglia strutturale; lo studio adesso si trova alla fine di questa infilata, accessibile direttamente dalla zona giorno. Quest’ultima è separata dalla zona notte tramite un muro più spesso; il vano scale condominiale inoltre separa la parte padronale dalla parte per gli ospiti (che ora include anche un bagno accessibile dall’area ricreativa). La camera principale ha un bagno privato e un guardaroba. Sul terrazzo è presente un pavimento in assi di legno grezzo e una balaustra in acciaio e vetro intervallata da fioriere.

With the next project we moved trying to give the most possible space to the living area: we eliminated any partition between the living, kitchen and recreational space, realizing an enfilade only through the structural grid; the studio now is at the end of this enfilade, directly accessible from the living area. The latter is clearly separated from the sleeping area by a wall more thick; the communal stairwell also separates the main part of the side for guests (which now also includes a bathroom accessible to the entertainment area). The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a wardrobe. On the terrace there is a floor in rough wooden planks and a steel railing and glass punctuated by flower boxes
