Our design is based on:
1. Bathrooms should be close to 100 mm pipes, not to 50 mm because is not for this use (toilet). So they were limited to three positions.
2. The kitchen should be in the left corner of the apartment.
3. Be needed several day areas, rooms, dining room, casual, office, gym – guest room, laundries etc.
4. The master bedroom should be a walk-in closet, separate toilet room, large surface for washbasins, bathtub, shower and sauna.
5. Large nursery.
In our project we propose:
1. Between the kitchen and dining, corridor created to hide the entrance to the wc, but we added also a small storage space for food or cleaners etc. In the window created space for direct serving outside and a bar.
2. In the lounge we recommend custom construction for ethanol fireplace and TV. The space between the lounge and seating separated by open library. Can be placed a door if you like for more privacy.
3. We kept both entrances. So the house can be used a little independent. Also because of the location the study room, if there are sometime visitors for business will accommodate without crossing all over the house.
4. Due to the large area of the apartment, and the distance of the night area from the kitchen, placed in the hallway kitchenette to serve these areas. Also placed closet for guest clothes and linen closet.
5. The area of the laundry although narrow, grows with concealing the sliding door and the compound of the corridor.
6. In the room of the gym chosen not to get into sofa-bed for guests but Murphy bed who leaves the entire space free for gymnastics.
7. The kid’s room divided into two levels, the highest with bed and wardrobes and lower the desk, playing area and a sofa-bed when hosting friends from school.
8. The master bedroom has space for bed and a console TV opposite, right of the room entrance is the walk-in closet. We parted the treatment rooms so that they operate independently. There is an exit to balcony to an isolated area where there is sun deck and hot tub.
9. In the office one wall is all with shelves and cabinets for books and the wall where the door is we put glass frame to be in sight into playroom.
10. Outside placed two pergolas for shade in sitting areas, and large mobile potted plants and trees that are delimited spaces.
Unfortunately all the ideas can not be attributed only with the required drawings. 3D renders imaging would just attributing the feeling, the colors and textures of the place which has a lot of potential.
