The main concept is to model the project from existing intrinsic features of the apartment. The presence of the stairwell and the existing windows are perfect to adapt the project to the customer requests. In particular the stairwell can divide living area from sleeping area
As required, the living area is organized in a single large room that includes: kitchen, dining room and living room; near to the main entrance. The sleeping area is located entirely on the other side of the apartment. The recreation area and the study are located in a “filter area” between living and sleeping areas.
The project provides an extra bathroom for the sleeping area, accessible for guests and your children. The master bedroom, as required, has a large bathroom with sauna and a large walk-in closet.
