The house has little spaces that can be used because of the stairwell which divides it into two zones .
It ‘ very bright and well exposed , has a large terrace .
The house will have a living area very large , almost an open space between the kitchen , dining and living room , all in connection with the outdoor area can be used for much of the year .
The other areas are : study disengaged from the sleeping area , master bedroom with large walk- in closet and bathroom , a bedroom for children , a gym – room guests , laundry-room , small living room area.
Recreation area ( cards , video projector , play station ) in the living area .
Furniture and room also terrace
We’d prefer a minimalist / modern style , even with years of modern art objects 60-70
The atmosphere of the house will have to be very friendly and informal
