The main goal was to make the space more open and airy, welcoming and functional.

The apartment currently has a potential shape, two beautiful balconies and very well positioned main living functions, but entering into the space doesn't reflect its potential. The entrance is dark, narrow and inflexible. We decided to overcome these obstacles and design open, modern and cozy space, a space where life is a priority.

Entrance is wide open to the dining room, kitchen and living room. Open relates to welcome and freedom. We demolished all unnecessary walls to make open and big kitchen, but we left the most messy part of the kitchen in a small dent that can be closed with simple sliding panel (please see additional option of the kitchen), so in every moment kitchen can be clean and tidy, just by sliding the panel.

Kitchen is long, but the first closet part that continues to the kitchen can be a small cabinet for guest's coats, jackets and shoes. Kitchen continues in a line with built-in fridge and oven, therefore all the space, even it really is open, remains clean.

We made simple walking line passing the dining space to the living room and continuing to the most intimate part, the master bedroom. Although the space is open, this part still remains very private, since to enter it, one should pass the space of walk in closet that discreetly separates private from the public part of the space. This area also can be separated with sliding door, if there is a need for that.

Master bedroom also has its own bathroom that can be made with two options of elements (bathtub or shower), depending of the owners wish. Please see additional option for this part too. The master sleeping space is wide and simple, with bathroom and walk in closet it really is a beautiful and complete space.

Guest room is suitable for two persons. The first option is for two beds and second one with the adjustable sofa that two persons can use. Please see these options too.

At the end the space is flexible, private and public at the same time and very cozy.
