We are very happy to participate in your contest. We did the design based on creating an open view without disturbing the sea.
In order not to disturb the view of sea, we did not create any structures or trees in the west and south directions.
We created a platform on the same level as the terrace of the house and placed the pool and sunbathing area so that you can see the sea from a height. The construction of this platform, in addition to creating an open view of the sea, created privacy in the pool from the entrance parking lot. We actually divided the house into two different levels, one equal to the current terrace of the house and one equal to the entrance level of the parking lot.
We envisioned an entrance staircase from the parking lot door to the house that guests would see at the same time as the sea and the infinity pool and house after climbing the stairs and reaching the terrace.
We placed the sloping pool at the entrance of the house so that we could place the technical room under it without any problem with the height.
We placed the plot of land in front of the pool at the same level as the parking lot and provided short fruit trees and two palm trees. We also provided direct access to the fruit trees from the one-step pool platform.
In order to create a privacy of the pool from the neighbors' house, we provided ornamental pine trees and spring flowers on the north side of the house.
In the pool, we have provided a part for the hot water pool with two water nozzles that you can use the pool in cold weather.
We have provided a poolside area for sunbathing, a dining table, a seating area and a firepit area where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view by your infinity pool.
We also suggested two designs for the floor material in the renderings.
