Gentili clienti, ecco il progetto di interior design per la vostra dependance. Soddisfa tutti i vostri desideri e bisogni. Tutto l'arredo è molto funzionale, dalle linee minimali e pulite. All'interno dei moduli cucina è contenuto l'armadio guardaroba a servizio degli ospiti che pernottano. In questo modo l'ambiente risulta uniforme e gradevole alla vista. A fianco della cucina è posizionata la zona pranzo, che può ospitare fino a 10 persone. La seduta verso il muro è costituita da una panca con funzione contenitore attraverso cassetti estraibili. Una carta da parati della stessa altezza della cucina delimita visivamente la zona pranzo.
La zona salotto è pensata per assolvere alla duplice funzione di intrattenimento e di pernottamento. Per la funzione di intrattenimento sono stati previsti 4 pouf che aggiunti ai posti a sedere del divano permettono di vedere la TV insieme agli amici. Inoltre la presenza del tavolino centrale consente anche di avere un utile piano di appoggio. La funzione di pernottamento invece è allestita aprendo il divano letto che si trasforma in letto matrimoniale. I pouf e i tavolino centrale trovano posto al di sotto della mensola posta sotto la TV. La presenza del tavolino laterale al divano consente di avere un comodino.
La TV è installata a parete ed è completa di casse home theater laterali. E' prevista una semplice controparete in cartongesso che contiene tutte le strutture portanti per TV e casse laterali. Questo permette di creare un taglio di luce verticale (ottenuto attraverso una striscia LED incassata) nel punto di giunzione tra la parete interna e la parete esterna.
Nel progetto è suggerito anche un possibile allestimento della zona esterna con piscina.

Dear customers, here is the interior design project for your outbuilding. It satisfies all your wants and needs. All the furniture is very functional, with minimal and clean lines. Inside the kitchen modules is the wardrobe for guests staying overnight. In this way the environment is uniform and pleasant to the eye. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, which can accommodate up to 10 people. The seat facing the wall consists of a bench with a container function through pull-out drawers. A wallpaper of the same height as the kitchen visually delimits the dining area.
The sitting area is designed to fulfill the dual function of entertainment and overnight stay. For the entertainment function, 4 ottomans have been provided which, added to the sofa seats, allow you to watch TV with friends. Furthermore, the presence of the central table also allows you to have a useful support surface. The overnight function, on the other hand, is set up by opening the sofa bed which transforms into a double bed. The poufs and the central table are placed under the shelf placed under the TV. The presence of the side table to the sofa allows you to have a bedside table.
The TV is wall-mounted and comes complete with side-mounted home theater speakers. A simple plasterboard counter-wall is foreseen which contains all the load-bearing structures for the TV and lateral speakers. This allows you to create a vertical cut of light (obtained through a recessed LED strip) at the junction point between the internal wall and the external wall.
The project also suggests a possible arrangement of the outdoor area with a swimming pool.
