I think that open space in the living area is good solution always because it gives sense of bigger space and light colors opens it up so it can be a real pleasure to do all the daily activities in here. I tried not to block exits to the balconies because it is always good to be connected with the outside and I tried to make comfortable place for everyone and for every habit that residents may have. Is it quick breakfast in the bar, dinner or lunch in the dinning area, or just relaxing in front of the tv but still not losing connection with chef who is cooking :). Thank you
