My aim is to divide a medium size apartment with it’s own garden into three mini-apartments. The apartment is at ground floor of a 3 floors apartment building. The private garden sorrounds the apartment on 3 sides. The apartment ground floor is approx 120 sqm. In the semi-basement we have other 30 sqm. Also a garage in the basement. My budget for the restoration is limited and the 3 apartments will be rented, thus I need something very practical with no frills. I like the minimal style and the all-white design (and light colors wood). The 3 apartments can be of different sizes
